Parts ship by express courier with tracking, direct from the supplier or via us. Typical times from the day we order:

Ireland	3-5 working days
EU	3-6 working days
United Kingdom	3-6 working days

These are typical times, not guarantees. The exact delivery time is confirmed on your quote and depends on where the part is held. For urgent breakdowns, say so in your request and tell us your required-by date.

Customs, duties and VAT

Deliveries to the UK and between the EU and the UK may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT and duty. Your quote will say who is responsible for these. EU business customers can give us a VAT number for reverse-charge treatment where it applies.
